N9809H 1981 Cessna 182R Skylane II
Our nicest, fully-refurbished, Cessna 182R Skylane II. This is a one-owner, since new aircraft. A state agency performed 100-hr maintenance on this aircraft in-house. Complete and detailed logs show an excellent MX history for this airframe. The TCM Factory Rebuilt engine received a top overhaul with six new RAM cylinders during our refurb process. Next was an all new, all Garmin glass cockpit featuring G3X Touch 10.3 PFD with EIS (Engine Information System) and Synthetic Vision coupled with a GTN-650 WAAS GPS Navigator. GTX-345 Mode S Transponder with ADS-B IN/OUT, and GFC-500 3-axis autopilot. Then a 'down-to-the-metal' interior remodel with closed cell foam insulation/sound dampening, new vinyl flooring, upholstery, sidewalls, and plastics. The 2017 paint looks new, making this a stunningly refreshed 182R workhorse. The biggest useful load of any of the Skylane series, we expect this will be above 1250 lbs useful load.
